QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Van D. Allred, as Trustee of the Von D.
Allred Revocable Trust dated December 2, 1986, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto C. Mark Allred and Darlene A.
Allred, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 24, Afton, WY 83110), all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
The South 202.5 feet of the Von Allred House Tract, being a part of the
NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 6, T31N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Von D. Allred Revocable
Trust, dated 2 December 1986 - Von Allred House Tract."

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute
the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free
act and deed of said trust.

That part of the NW'I.SWY. of Section 6, DIN, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said NW'I.SWY., NOoo-OO'-IT'E, 634.85 feet,
from the southwest comer of said NWY.SWY.;
thence N89°-42'-21"E, 416.57 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point at a fence
comer;
thence SOoo-24'-22"E, 438.89 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point;
thence S89°-49' -48"W, 419.71 feet, to a spike on the west line of said NWII.SWII.;
thence NOoo-00'-17"E, 437.99 feet, along said west line, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMP AS SING an area of 4.21 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the NW'I. of Section 6, T31 N,
R118W, being NOoo-05'-00"E;

each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL L TD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
