QUIT CLIAM DEED
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Budd M. Rich and Jean Rich,
GRANTORS, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, releases and forever quits claim unto the
said Russell Parsons and Emily Parsons, GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns forever, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to wit:
Part of Lot 3 of Block 7 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast comer of said Lot 3 and running thence West 75.00 feet;
thence North, 165.00 feet;
thence East 75.00 feet;
thence South 165.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
