BEGINNING at a point on the WyominglUtah State Line, SOoo04' 14"E, 1132.16 feet, of Comer
No.4 of said Tract 54-A;
Thence 867°11 '34"E, 391.87 feet, to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of the
Cokeville-Utah Line County Road No. 12-207 of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County;
Thence S32°1O'27"W, 676.70 feet, along said right-of-way line to a brass cap on said
WyominglUtah State Line;
