'WARRANTY DEED
NELDA P. PARSONS, grantor, for anq in consideration ofTen and NOnOO Dollars
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid receipt, whereof is hereby
acknowledged do CONVEY and WARRANT to W. GENE PEAD and JULIE A. PEAD
husband and wife, as tenants of an estate.by the entireties with full right of survivorship
and not as tenants on common, grantees, whose address is 672 Woodbriar Way, North
Salt Lake, Utah 84054, the following reåJ estate situated in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the state to-wit.

same appears on the official map or plat thereof as filed for record in the office of the
county clerk and Ex-Office of Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents or of
record, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use and to prior mineral
reservations of record.
