considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to RALPH HINSON the GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 258,
LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemptions laws ofthe State, to-wit:

official plat thereof, as filed and recorded in the Lincoln County
