Baker PEfLS 698, 1995 location for the Northwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter; Thence North 0°27'28" East, to and roughly along said North-South fence, and the Northerly prolongation thereof, 245.59 feet; Thence South 88°56'04" East, to and along the existing East-West fence line, 349.96 feet; Thence South 0°40'29" West, to and along the West line of the Corsi property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 564PR on Page 877, with said Office, 237.96 feet to a Point in said North line; Thence South 89°48'54" West, along said North line, 349.06 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
