KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Mitchell O. Miles aka Mitchell Owen Miles
and Sherri B. Miles aka Sherri Ree Miles, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey
and quitclaim unto Mitchell O. Miles and Sherri B. Miles and their successors, Trustees, for the
uses and purposes set forth in the Mitchell O. and Sherri B. Miles Family Trust between Grantors
and Trustees, dated the 1 st day of May, 2006, Mitchell O. Miles and Sherri B. Miles, beneficiaries,
of PO Box 186, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Residence at 135 Madison Avenue, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyominq:
( That part of Lot 2, Block 2 of the Original Townsite of Afton, within Section 30, T32N,
R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 237 PR, page 662, and part of that tract of record
in the said Office in Book 272 PR, page 201, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence N88°14'04"W, 174.5 feet
along the South line of said Lot 2 to an intersection with the East line of said tract in
Book 272:
thence N43°14'04"W, 67.88 feet to a point;
thence N88°14'04"W, 1 07.5 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 2;
thence N01°45'56"E, 150.0 feet along the said West line, to the Northwest corner of
said tract in Book 237 PR;
thence S88°14'04"E, 330.0 feet along the North line of said tract of record in Book 237
to an intersection with the East line of said Lot 2;
thence S01°45'56"W, 198.0 feet along the said East line to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
