PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 22, 2002,
made and executed by Salt River Investments, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as
mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of$270,400.00, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 22nd day of July 2002, in Book 497 PR of Mortgages, at Page 812 as
instrument #883588 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the said
mortgage ofthe security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, asto the remainder ofthe real
estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
