Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Fred Bryant Gomm,
Trustee of The James Winters Trust, dated January 14, 1997, of the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Thiel James Gomm and
Lola B. Gomm, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, whose address is
General Delivery, Smoot, WY 83126, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as The James Winters Trust may have or ought
to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
All of Lot 3 (SW1/4NW1/4) and part of Lot 4 (SE1/4NW1/4) and the north forty-
eight (48) feet of Lot 5 (NE1/4SW1/4) of Section 17, T30N, R118W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
204 of Photostatic Records on Page 495, Book 204 of Photostatic Records on
Page 490, and Book 99 of Photostatic Records on Page 234, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot 3;
thence N89°48.0'E, 1386.65 feet along the north line of said Lot 3 to the
northeast corner of said Lot;
thence S01°16.5'W, 646.90 feet to a point;
thence N89°47.9'E, 1120 feet to a point;
thence S15°37.5'E, 668.57 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 4;
thence S01°21.9'W, 48.00 feet to a P-K nail within the right-of-way of State
Highway 89;
thence S89°31.9'W, 1315.02 feet parallel to the north line of said Lot 5 to an
intersection point with the west line of said Lot 5;
thence N01°16.7'E, 48.00 feet along said west line to the northwest corner of
said Lot 5;
thence S89°31.9'W, 1357.49 feet along the south line of said Lot 3 to the
southwest corner of said Lot 3 common to the west one-quarter corner of said

thence North, 20.93 feet along the west line of said Lot 3 to the east one-quarter
corner of Section 18, T30N, R 118W;
thence NOooOO.9'W, 1282.76 feet along the west line of said Lot 3 to the
CORNER OF BEGINNING, ENCOMPASSING an area of 60.52 acres, more or
less, including State Highway 89;
EXCEPTING that part of State Highway 89 LYING AND BEING SITUATE within
the foregoing tract, said Highway of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 139 of Photostatic Records on pages 236-237 and Book 18 of

SUBJECT to easements of sight and easements of record including the Lower
Valley Power and Light, Inc. of record În the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 139 of Photostatic Records on pages 283-285, 287 and 289;
the base bearing for the survey of the foregoing tract is the west line of the
SW1/4 of said Section 17 being North;
each "corner" as described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate
of record in said office;
each "point" marked by a steel T-shaped stake 24" long with a metal cap
inscribed "PAUL N. SCHERBEL RLS 164 SURVEY POINT";
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the said office titled
"SURVEY NATIONAL FOREST BOUNDARIES BRIDGER TETON NATIONAL
FOREST TOWNSHIP 30 north, RANGE 118 WEST, 6TH P.M. SECTION 17
WYOMING" dated 15 November 1983 and revised 21 September 1984.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
