Affidavit of Survivorship
I, June Spencer, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depose and state:
That under the date of August 29, 2000, for valuable consideration,
Robert D. and Mazie Breen, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on August 30,2000, in Book 451
of Photostatic Records on Page 210, conveyed to Dale and June Spencer, the
following described property to-wit:
Star Valley. Ranch RV Park Plat One (1) Lot Forty-Three (43) as
platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming
That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, the said Dale and June
Spencer, who were husband and wife, became the owners of said real property,
and title thereto vested in them continuously from the date of said conveyance to
. the date of death of Dale Spencer, also known as Dale Byron Spencer, on the
3rd day of December, 2001. That by reason of and upon the death of Dale
Spencer, title to the above described real property vested absolutely in June
Spencer.
Affiant avers and certifies that Dale Spencer, also known as Dale ~ron
Spencer, is the identical party named with June Spencer in the aforementioned
deed, whose death terminated his interest, title and estate in said real property;
and Affiant attachés hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the
Official Certificate of Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority
in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
