QUITCLAIM DEED
Verda W. Bateman, Trustee of the Reynold W. Bateman Family Revocable Trust dated
September 15, 1992, of Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of TEN AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to
Ox Yoke B LLC, a Wyoming close limited liability company, grantee, of PO Box 5053, Etna, WY
83118, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:
Beginning at a point 1322.3 feet North of the E1/4Corner, Section 10, T35N,
R 119W, and running thence West 80 rods, thence North 79 rods and 14.2 feet;
thence East 80 rods; thence South 79 rods and 14.2 feet, more or less, to the
Place of Beginning, and containing 1.29 acres, more or less. Together with all
water and ditch rights, plus one share in the Etna Community Pipeline.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon her oath, did say that she is the
trustee of the Reynold W. Bateman Family Revocable Trust dated September 15, 1992, described
in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on
behalf of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust
instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said
instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
