address is 335 Springwood, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404 (hereinafter "Grantors"), do hereby convey,
release, remise and forever quit claim unto KATHY LEE WOODLAND, whose address is 975
McKinley Street, Blackfoot, Idaho 83221 (hereinafter "Grantee"), any and all rights, title and interest
of Decedents, H. Keith Albano and Barbara M. Albano, in and to gas, oil and mineral rights
appurtenant to the following described property located in Sublette County, Wyoming, to wit:
Any and all gas, qil and mineral rights, including any and all leases pertaining
thereto, on, over, under or otherwise appurtenant to the following described property:
