Cœporatton, of Af\:on and lacbon, Wyoming and to its suçcessol'l and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual
casement L'1d right of way for the construction IIIId continued maintenance, repair. alteration IIIId
replacement of the electric distribution circuits. lines and equipment of the Grantet to be: com!ructed and
maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LlDCOIll County, State of Wyoming, alan¡¡ II
line described as follows, to wit;
BEING a portion of lot 17, River View Ranchettes, Section 2S, T34N, R119W, in Lincoln Q¡unty,
Wyoming more particularly de!On'bed as follows.
BEGINNING at a point being the SW cotner of said lot 17. Thence N S6°E, 412 feet to a transforme:

EASEMENT to include 10 feet an each ride of descnòed line, together with all necessary and rea8Ol1abll:

The Grantor acknowledges that Electrio and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally OCCUlTing in thJ:
transJrjssian or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor that ID.iIF teslinn
and information is available upon request from the Grantee, This Easement by Grantor is intended to
include so much space as Íi neceSsary or appropriate to the presence of EMF and reasonable operation of
the Grantee's dislribution lines.
Grantor agteel that all poles, ..ires and othcc facilities, inltalled on or under ~ described lands shall
remain the i'mperty of the Grantee removable in the sole discretion of tho Grsntee at the Grantee's expense.
The rightll, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon thJ:
parties, their heirs, executors, administratOIs, successors and assians, Grantor shuJl compensate Grantee for
any damages to ,Grantee's facilities caused by Grantor, including payment of Grantee's attorney fees if
action is 'undertaken by Grantee to enforce the commitments described in this casemcct. Grantor reserve ¡
the right to impr~, occupy and use this easement for aU purposeI not inconsistent with the easemeut grant.
Each party shall have the ~medy of specific performance regar'dUlg this ~5eIUC!It. The rights an,l
