described as follows:
That part of Lot 1, the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, the Southwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 26 North Range 114
West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being situate northeasterly of the
center-line of the LaBarge Creek County Road No. 12-315, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Section 3, found as described in the Certified
Land Corner Recordation Certificate of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
