QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ALLEN CARTER, grantor
of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed unto the said
BRADLEY CARTER, a single person, his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may havè"or ought to have, in
or to all the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 3 of the Carter Family Exempt Subdivision, portions
being in the SE~ of Section 14, T31 N, R119W of the
6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said plat being
filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however,
to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way
of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
