Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That CHARLES S. MEYERS,
of ·the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowJedged, has remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto BRENDA L. MEYERS,
whose address is 1327 West 9th, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right. title,
¡nterest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to
have, in and to the folfowing described premises tø.wit
Lot 3 Block 10 Uncoln Heights 4th. Part of Unit A
Hereby releasing and waiving all right$ under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Brenda L Meyers to
her own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither any other person in their
name or behalf shaUor will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the
premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these
presents by exctuded and forever barred.
