NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the title to the lands in Bedford, Wyoming owned by Plaintiff Preston Lands, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, pursuantto Warranty Deeds that were recorded in the land records of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 14,2004, in Book 546PR as follows: at Page 100 as Instrument No. 896622; and at Page 101 as Instrument No. 896623, is hereby quieted as to the easements to the "North Bedford Sprinkler Company" established thereon by the Easement Agreements that were created recorded in the land records of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 19, 1972, in Book 100PR as follows: at Pages 122 and 123 as Instrument No. 439597; at Pages 124 and 125 as Instrument No. 439598; at Pages 126 and 127 as Instrument No. 439599; at Pages 128 and 129 as Instrument No. 439600; at Pages 130 and 131 as Instrument No. 439601; at Pages 132 and 133 as Instrument No. 439602; at Pages 134 and 135 as Instrument No. 439603; at Pages 136 and 137 as Instrument No. 439604; at Pages 138 and 139 as Instrument No. 439605; and at Pages 140 and 141 as Instrument No. 439606; and on June 22, 1972, in Book 100PR at Pages 174 and 175 as Instrument No. 439687; at Pages 176 and 177 as Instrument No. 439688; and at Pages 179 and 180 as Instrument No. 439690. 2. That the title to the lands in Bedford, Wyoming, owned by Plaintiffs Lawrence F. Read and Mary 1. Read, Trustees of the Read Family Trust dated June 19, 1989, pursuant to the Warranty Deed dated October 27, 2004, which was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on October 28, 2004, in Book 571 PR at Pages 42 and 43 as Instrument No. READ, TRUSTEES, ET AL. v. NORTH BEDFORD SPRINKLER COMPANY ET AL. CIVIL NO. 2006-68-DC DECREE QUIETING TITLE PAGE 2 OF4 ¡ill ~r (" . t.¡'.;.., ,~.....¡t \j.íJ~S ¡ ") (,~ ~ 4 6 ,} \.' v ,_, 904154, and by Warranty Deed dated February 16, 1996, which was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 16, 2002, in Book 481 PR at Pages 390 through 393 as Instrument No. 878575, the properties more specifically being identified as Lots 5 and 9 of the Townsite of Bedford, Block 12, Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed June 13, 2004, in the Office of the 'Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 185-D, and that portion of the SW1/4 of Section 29, T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, identified as Parcel B in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 481 PR at Pages 390 through 393 as Instrument No. 878575: A portion of the SW1/4 of Section 29, T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said SW1/4, and running thence S89°42'49"E, along the North line of said SWl/4, 2646.94 feet to the Northeast comer of said SW1/4; thence SOD 23'51"W, along the East line of said SW1/4, 1443.08 feet to a point in the centerline of Astle County Road No. 12-187; thence N87° 02'W, 0.85 feet; thence N86°03'W, along last said centerline, 1416.00 feet; thence S73° 09'09"W, 628.16 feet; thence South 484.24 feet to the Northeast comer ofthe parcel ofland conveyed from Samuel A. Miller to Norville 1. FluGkiger in the Warranty Deed recorded October 1, 1953 in Book 4PR on page 57; thence N89° 49'45"W, along the North line of the Norville 1. Fluckiger parcel, 627 feet to a point on the West line of said SW1/4; thence Noo08' 13"E, along said West line of said SW1/4, 2023.12 feet to the point of beginning, is hereby quieted as to those portions of the easements to the "North Bedford Sprinkler Company" established thereon by the Easement Agreements that were dated June 1, 1972, and which were recorded in the land records of the Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 19, 1972, in Book 100 PR at Pages 132 and 133 as Instrument No. 439602, and at Pages 134 and 135 as Instrument No. 439603. 3. That the title to the lands in Bedford, Wyoming, owned by Plaintiffs Lonny K. Dobler and Tiffany 1. Dobler, pursuant to the Warranty Deed dated December 30, 2004, which READ, TRUSTEES, ET AL. v. NORTH BEDFORD SPRINKLER COMPANY ET AL. CIVIL NO. 2006-68-DC DECREE QUIETING TITLE PAGE 3 OF4 0919fiSS was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on January 4, 2005, in Book 576 n!'),I"f:':47 "-' \) l' \J , PR at Pages 433 and 434 as Receiving No. 905617, is hereby quieted as to those portions of the easements to the "North Bedford Sprinkler Company" established thereon by the Easement Agreements that were dated June 1, 1972, and which were recorded in the land records of the Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 19, '1972, in Book 100 PR at Pages 132 and 133 as Instrwnent No. 439602, and at Pages 134 and 135 as Instrument No. 439603. 4.
