Quitclaim Deed
Timothy R. Trefren, a married man as his sole and separate property, P.O. Box 214,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby
remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto Buffalo West Holdings, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company, P.O. Box 3428, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, Grantee, and its successors and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may
have or ought to have, in or to the following åescribed property situated in Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights' under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

Together with all and singular the improvements thereon or thereunto
appertaining. _
Subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
encroachments, rights-of-way, and easements of sight and/or of record.
