QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
Kirby D. Luthi ánd Jeraldine H. Luthi, husband and wife, of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herein convey and quitclaim unto
McKell and Crystal Luthi, husband and wife, of 1138 State Line County Road #12-114,
Freedom Wyoming 83120, and their heirs successors, and assigns, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim, and demand as we have or ought to have in or to all the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, , hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to wit:

A portion ofGLO LOT 4 (SEl/4SWl/4) ofSectÎon 21, T35 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, with boundaries more specifically described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the west line of said Section 21, which is North, along section
line, a distance of 808.50 feet from the southwest (closing) comer of Section 21; and
running
THENCE S89032'42"E, parallel to the south line of Section 21, a distance of 146.00
feet;
THENCE North a distance of 136.13 feet;
THENCE N89032'42"W a distance of 146.00 feet to west section line;
THENCE South a distance of 136.13 feet to the point of beginning;
