WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that David G. Leinonen and Cynthia A.
Leinonen, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 2521 , Jackson, Wyoming,
83001 hereinafter referred to as "GRANTORS", for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to LOF, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEES"
whose address is PO Box 2521 , Jackson, Wyoming, 83001 the following described real property
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 3, Aspen Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed April
28,2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 237-B.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament~,' appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants,
encroachments, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
