KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
June 9, t993, made and executed by Fred Anthony Buggey, to Battlefield, Inc., a
