RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
Know all men by these presents: that CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of November 1, 1999 made and executed by Lynda Owens Petty And Richard L. Petty, Her Husband as
mortgagor(s), to W ACHOVIA MORTGAGE COMPANY as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of$128,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in the V olumeIBook 437 Page 620
Document 862322 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
LOT 17 OF NORDIC RANCHES DIVISION NO.3, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT
PLAT FILED APRIL 6, 1993 AT PLAT NO. 311-B.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
In Witness whereof, CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC has caused these Presents to be signed by its Vice President and
Asst. Secretary and its corporate seal to be affixed, this June, 22, 2006
