SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Donald L. Tibbets, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated November 12, 2003 (the "Mortqaqe"),
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November
14, 2003, in/as Book 541 PR at Page 683,
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest
Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-
X1, under the Pooling & Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2004,
without recourse
Assignment dated: November 15, 2005
Assignment recorded: November 30,2005
Assignment recording information: Book 606 at Page 342
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Deutsche Bank National Trùst Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest
Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-
X1, under the Pooling & Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2004,
without recourse, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on January 24, 2006, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue,
at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through
Certificates, Series 2004-X1, under the Pooling & Servicing Agreement, dated as
of March 1, 2004, without recourse ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $51,734.43, and
the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
January 24, 2006 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of. the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 26, 2006, in/as Book
610 at Page 454;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed
Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-X1, under the Pooling & Servicing
Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2004, without recourse, 505 City Parkway
West, Orange, CA 92868, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest
to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:

all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest
Mortgage Securities ,Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-
X1, under the Pooling & Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2004,
without recourse, its successors and assigns forever.
