The Town of Opal, Wyoming, is the owner of land situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as:
All that portion of a certain tract ofland described in Book 438 at Page 277 of the Lincoln County
Records lying north of the presently existing northerly right-of-way boundary of U.S. Highway No. 30,
located in Lot 39, T.21N., R.114W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, described as follows:

"A tract of land in Lots Thirty-eight (38) and Thirty-nine (39) of Section 26, Township 21 North,
Range 114 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as beginning at point 1173 feet East
of the common West corne,r of Lots 38 and 39; thence East a distance of 50.5 feet; thence North 1'33' West
a distance of302.6 feet; thence South 89' 43' East a distance of 654.2 feet; thence South 7'33' East a distance
of302.6 feet; thence South 4'07' West a distance of 489,9 feet; thence South 86'30'West a distance of601.2
feet; thence North 7'33' West a distance of528.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 12.09 acres, more
or less." .
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the presently existing right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 30
described in Book 63PR at Page 83 and any portion of that tract of land described in Book 486 at Page 171
of the Lincoln County Records.

The parcel ofland hereby conveyed contains 2.33 acres, more or less.
THIS IS TO CER TlFY THAT:
The Town of Opal, Wyoming, been informed by the representative of the Wyoming Department of
Transportation of the need to secure right-of-way for highway and/or street purposes across the above-
described parcel;
The Town of Opal, Wyoming, has discussed the proposal project with said Wyoming Department
of Transportation and haŸe been apprised to its satisfaction concerning the proposed construction details;
The Town of Opal, Wyoming, been informed by the Wyoming Department of Transportation of its
legal right to just compensation in money for the above-described property and of its right to just
compensation for damages, if any, occurring as a result of said construction;
Notwithstanding the above-recited facts, the Town of Opal, Wyoming, deems to donate free of cost
the above-described property to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming and to waive any damage
claims relative to this action.
The Town of Opal, Wyoming, hereby agrees to sign and execute all the necessary instruments
conveying ownership of the above described land to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming.
