LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the presently existing right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 30 described in Book 63PR at Page 83 and any portion of that tract of land described in Book 486 at Page 171 of the Lincoln County Records. 71 L--~' í v' The parcel ofland hereby conveyed contains 2.33 acres, more or less. THIS IS TO CER TlFY THAT: The Town of Opal, Wyoming, been informed by the representative of the Wyoming Department of Transportation of the need to secure right-of-way for highway and/or street purposes across the above- described parcel; The Town of Opal, Wyoming, has discussed the proposal project with said Wyoming Department of Transportation and haŸe been apprised to its satisfaction concerning the proposed construction details; The Town of Opal, Wyoming, been informed by the Wyoming Department of Transportation of its legal right to just compensation in money for the above-described property and of its right to just compensation for damages, if any, occurring as a result of said construction; Notwithstanding the above-recited facts, the Town of Opal, Wyoming, deems to donate free of cost the above-described property to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming and to waive any damage claims relative to this action. The Town of Opal, Wyoming, hereby agrees to sign and execute all the necessary instruments conveying ownership of the above described land to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming.
