WARRANTY DEED
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, the Town of Opal, Wyoming, hereinafter called the grantor,
hereby conveys and warrants to the TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd.,
Cheyerme, WY 82009-3340, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the following described lands located
in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
All that portion of a certain tract of land described in Book 438 at Page 277 of the Lincoln County Records
lying north of the presently existing northerly right-of-way boundary of U.S. Highway No. 30, located in Lot 39,
T.21N., R.114W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, described as follows:
" A tract ofland in Lots Thirty-eight (38) and Thirty-nine (39) of Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 114
West of the 6tb P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as begirming at point 1173 feet East of the common West
'corner of Lots 38 and 39; thence East adistance of 50.5 feet; thence North 7'33' West a distance 0002.6 feet; thence
South 89'43' East a distance of 654.2 feet; thence South 7'33' East a distance of302:6 feet; thence South 4'07' West a
distance of 489.9 feet; thence South 86'30' West a distance of 601.2 feet; thence North 7'33' West a distance of 528.0
feet to the point of beginning, containing 12.09 acres, more or less." .
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the presently existing right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 30 described
in Book 63PR at Page 83 and any portion of that tract ofland described in Book 486 at Page 171 of the Lincoln
County Records.

The parcel of land hereby conveyed contains 2.33 acres, more or less.
Grantor hereby covenants with the grantee, that the grantor is lawfully seized of said lands; that said lands are
free from encumbrances, and the grantor hereby warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of an persons
whomsoever. '

Grantor releases and waives any and all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this
