This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land lying outside of the I and previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded November 16, 2005 in Book 605, Page 38 of the Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
