2006, and recorded April~, 2006, as Instrument No. Book 617, Page , records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, given to secure the payment of promissory note for the sum of Four
Hundred Thousand Dollars, and interest, has ENDORSED said note and does hereby ASSIGN
AND TRANSFER to Don K. Price, a married man contraçting with his sole and separate
property, all right, title and interest in said note and all rights accrued or to accrue under said
Deed of Trust.
