Place, Santa Rosa, California 95403, all interest in the following described real estate ill
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Lot 65 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 12, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-
way. of record, of sight or in use.
