THIS INDENTURE, made the _ day of , 2006, by and between the
WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a state instrumentality authorized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming, and having its principal
place of business in the County of Natron,a, the GRANTOR, and AND,ß.EW J. ORTENZIO AND

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
Qood and valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does,
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and CONVEYS unto the said Grantee, all that certain
tract, lot, piece of land situated in the County of LINCOLN State of WYOMING and described as
follows, to-wit:
A portion of the property referred to in Instrument No. 733119 recorded in Book 297 PR
on page 184, being within the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township
30 North Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe set at a point, said point being 2391.05 feet North 0°21'29" East
and 265.00 feet North 89°05'45" West, from the B.L.M. type monument set marking the
Lloyd B. Baker, 2000 location for the Southeast Corner of said Section 1;
thence South 1 °51'59" W, along the Easterly line of the land contained in said instrument
recorded in Book 297,329.79 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence South 89°41'111" West, 522.04 to an iron pipe set;
thence North 0°24'08" E, along the Westerly line of the land contained in said instrument,
340.84 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence South 89°051'45" East, 531.03 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, HOWEVER, all oil, gas and other minerals lying in, under or upon
said lands.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any and all reservations, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way
and restrictive covenants, established, now of record, or otherwise affecting said lands.
Grantor warrants that it has the power, right and authority to convey the above described
property and that it has not done anything whereby the premises have been encumbered in any
way whatsoever, except as shown in this deed. Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors
and assigns, to warrant and defend the above-described property unto Grantee, its successors
and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any
part thereof, by, through or under Grantor, but not otherwise.
