KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, does hereby
certify that a portion of the real estate included in that certain Construction Mortgage With Absolute
Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing made as of March 14, 2005
executed by A!pine Junction LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company as Mortgagor, for the benefit of
Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $1,787, 500.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Official
Records County of Lincoln State of Wyoming, Recorded on AprilS, 2005 in Receiving # 907491 Book
582, Page 531 of mortgages, is released and in consideration thereof the said Mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim .unto the said mortgagors the premises described below:
