ALSO A parcel ofland being a part of Lot 4 of Block 5 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: - Commencing at the northwest comer of said Lot 4 and running thence south along the westerly boundary of said Lot 4, a distance of 1.75 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing south along the westerly boundary of said lot 4, a distance of 2.25 feet; thence east, a distance of 130 feet to a point on the easterly boundary of said Lot 4; thence north, along the easterly boundary of said Lot 4, a distance of 2.25 feet; thence west, a distance of 130 feet to the point of beginning.
