RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 1st day of June, 20 02 , made and executed by
Orric J. Post and Marilyn Post AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a
Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $ 12,756.89 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded on the
24th day of December, 2002, in Book 508PR Page 063 Number 886502 of the
Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2 Lot 615
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged,
