that certain mortgage bearing date of 20th day of June, 2006, made and executed by
Rocky Mountain Rogues, Inc" a Wyoming corporation
as mortgagor to Olympic Coast Investment, Inc" a Washington corporation
to secure payment of the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND
AND NO/1 00 Dollars and interest, and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 30th day of June, 2006, in Book 625 of Mortgages, at page 220 , being Instrument
No. 919840, together with the Note thereby secured and the money due and to grow due thereon, with the
interest.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 6th day of July, 2006.
