acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to TRAVIS M. KINSLOW, a married man, as his
sole and separate property, Grantee of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described
real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot One (1) of the Angel Subdivision, Thayne, Lincoln County, as
recorded in the Records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Plat Map
recorded on April 3, 2002, Instrument No. 880070.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions,
Rights-of- W ay and Improvements of sight or of record.
