ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the 1 sf BANK. a State Banking Corporation, organized and
existing under THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the mortgagee named
in that certain mortgage hereinafter described, does hereby transfer, assign, set over and convey
all right, title and interest in and to said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee by
SCOTT A BANTA & SHAUNA A BANTA
husband & wife
And appears recorded in Book 625 of mortgages, beginning on Page 898 , in
the office ofthe County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and which covers
property described as follows:
Lot 10 Block 22 of Kemmerer First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
Together with the note or notes secured thereby, to the
