record in the Office of the Clerk of the County ofLincoIn in Book 211 of Photostatic RecOrds on
page 681 bounded and described as follows:
On the east by the west line of Lot 14 of the Dayton Third Addition to the Town of Cokeville of
record in sa!d Office as Plat No. 212;
On the south by a line protracted N89°-20'W ffom the southwest comer of said Lot 14 to an
intersection with the thread of the channel of Spring Creek (Collett Creek);
