follows:
Beginning at Corner No.1 of Tract 55 of the Resurvey of Township 21 North, Range 116
West of the 6th P.M.:
Thence N89°48'52"W along the north line of said Tract 55 a distance of 1656.01 feet;
Thence SOoo11'24"W a distance of 1313.35 feet to the south line of said Tract 55;
Thence S89°39'49"E along the s'outh line of Tract 55 a distance of 1655.16 feet to
Corner No. 2 of said Tract 55;
Thence NOoo13'38"E alon'g the east line of said Tract 55 a distance of 1317.73 feet to
Corner No. 1 of said Tract 55, the point of beginning
Said parcel of land contains 50.00 acres of land, more or less
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
