Deola W, Warren, first duly sworn, upon oath, deposes and says:
1. Delbert Warren and Deola W, Warren were married to each other at Logan, Utah on
September 20, 1944 and they lived together as husband and wife for many years and continuously
until the death of Delbert Warren,
2, On January 6, 1956, Delbert Warren and Deola W. Warren, husband and wife conveyed
by Warranty Deed to Delbert Warren or Deola W, Warren, husband and wife, as joint tenants and
riot as tenants in common, with right of survivorship, the real estate described as follows:

Beginning at a point which is thirty-five (35) ft. South from the
Northwest corner of Lot three (3) in Section Thirty-three (33)
Township Thirty-five (35) North Range One hundred nineteen (119)
West of the 6th P.M., in Wyoming and running thence South Eleven
(11) rods thence East fifteen (15) rods, thence North eleven (11) rods,
thence West fifteen (15) rods to the point of beginning.
Togethèr . wit? all buildings and improvements thereon and
appurtenant thereunto.
The Warranty Deed was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County, Wyoming, Clerk and Recorder
in Book 14PR, Page 333 and thereafter Delbert Warren or Deola W. Warren, husband and wife, as
joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship became owners of the property
by an estate by entireties,
3. Delbert Warren died on November 6, 2005. Attached is a copy of his official Death
Certificate certified to by the Vital Records Services, Division of Health and Medical Services,'
Wyoming Department of Health and Social Services, the public authority with which the original
Death Certificate is of record according to law.
4, By reason of the death of Delbert Warren, Deola W. Warren became the sole owner of
the above-described real estate interests on November 6, 2005.
