LIEN STATEMENT
This Lien Statement is filed against certain personal property left in
self-storage pursuant to W.S. 29-101 through 29-7-106 by High Desert
LLC., as Owner of the Regency Apartments, 1337 Canyon Road,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, against Michael Metz and Angela Metz,
whose last known address is Apartment 22-A, Regency Apartments, 1337
Canyon Road, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101.
1. The amount claimed due and owing for self-storage is $850.00.
2. Services performed were the provision of self-storage space \ at the
Regency Apartments from July 2005 through June 2006.
3. The lien-claimant was in possession of the personal property left in
self-storage at the time this lien statement Was filed.
4. The owner of the personal property did not consent to the filing of
this lien statement
