QUITCLAIM DEED
Consisting of Two (2) Pages
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MARGARET A. POPP,
GRANTOR, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of
TEN AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, to
her in hand paid by WILLIAM L. POPP, GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released and forever quitclaimed and by these
presents does for her heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto the said WILLIAM L. POPP, his heirs and assigns, forever, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as she has Or ought to have,
in or to all the following described premises, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming to-wit:
Parcel 99, Parcel 176 and a portion of the abandoned UPRR spur right-of~
way described in Book 6 Deeds on Page 187 as it traverses through Block 7 as
shown on the 1989 plat of the Town of DiamondviUe, being all that part of said
Block 1lyìng betwéen Parcel 99 âI1d Parcel 176 to the Tówn of Diamondville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Said land also known as Lots.t", ~" 3,~?~d.5. of Block 7 to the Town of
Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyonifug.·..~~, ': _. . .,' . _._
Including all appurtenances thereon and subject to all reservations,
restrictions and easements of vision or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said WILLIAM L.
POI-P, his heirs and assigtis, to his own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither
she nor any other person ib. hcr name, or behalf, shall or Win h'ereafter claim or demand
any right Or title to the premises or any part thereof, but she and every one of them shall
by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
