AGREEMENT VACATING AND TERMINATING EASEMENT,
WHEREAS Robert R. Meikle aka Robert Rex Meikle and Connie Meikle,
husband and wife, the owners of certain real property located in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, have granted a 30' easement for ingress, egress and utilities as recorded
in the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, for and in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming Book 581 Page 335, to Robert R. Meikle and Jamie S. Meikle, as
custodians for Tassie Sue Meikle.
WHEREAS Robert R. Meikle and Jamie S. Meikle, as custodians for Tassie Sue
Meikle have subsequently deeded the above referenced property burdened by the
above-referenced easement to Robert R. Meikle and Jamie S. Meikle, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, as recorded in the official records of the Lincolh
County Clerk, for and in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming Instrument No.
907195 Book 537 Page 663.
WHEREAS the abovementioned parties now desire to vacate and terminate said
easement.
NOW THEREFORE, being duly authorized and having power to do so, the
undersigned parties, hereby vacate and terminate the thirty foot (30') easement for
ingress, egress and utilities on the Easterly portion of the tract of land attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
IT IS FURTHER STA TED that Robert R. Meikle and Jamie S, Meikle, husband
and wife, will not make any claim to use or control a thirty foot (30') easement for
ingress, egress and utiliti~s on the Easterly portion of the tract of land attached hereto
as Exhibit A, and that third parties may rely upon this vacating and termination of the
said easement.
IN WITNESS this vacation and termination of utility easement has been
executed on this L>~ day of July, 2006.
