ROBERT REX MEIKLE, ROBERT RILEY MEIKLE AND JAMIE S. MEIKLE, GRANTORS, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, inhand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to ROCKIN' M RANCH WYOMING, INC., A WYOMING CORPORATION, its

a perpetual roadway easement to be used for: '
Ingress and egress across Last Cast Drive and a twenty (20) foot easement as depicted on Plat
No. 382-A, on map entitled "Robert R. Meikle plat of Family Exempt Tracts N1hSWIA Section
10, T36N R1l9W Lincoln County, Wyoming" dated 15 March 2005, as revised, together with
an additional (forty) 40 feet in the northeast corner along U.S. Highway 89 of said Tract J, for
the maintenance, repair and replacement of said commercial sign,
Together with the right to construct, maÌ11tain, improve and repair the said roadway,
