ADDENDUM TO PROMISSORY NOTE AND MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, MDL PROPERTIES, LLC and TOM and SUE
LEWIS of Thayne, Lincoln County Wyoming, Makers and Mortgagors, and CHART
LANE, LLC and HAMID NOORANI, hereby by agree to modify the terms of the
Promissory Note dated August 25,2004, recorded in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk in Book 566 Page 426 and Mortgage dated August 25,2004, recorded in Book 566
Page 423 as Instrument No. 902600, to extend the term of the Note to be due and payable
on August 31, 2006.
