AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
FOR THE ESTATE OF RICHARD LEE WALTON
I, SUE ANN BEDELL, being duly sworn under oath, state as follows:
1. Richard Lee Walton, died in Lincoln County, Wyoming, on January 30, 2002.
An original copy of the Certificate of Death is attached hereto.
2. At the time of his death, Richard Lee Walton was a resident of Cokeville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
3. I am the sister and heir of Richard Lee Walton. There are no children of Richard
Lee Walton.
4. Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-201(2005), I am the distributee and heir at
law of Richard Lee Walton because I am his sister. There are no other persons having any right
to the property of Richard Lee Walton under probate proceedings in the State of Wyoming.
6. The value of the estate of Richard Lee Walton, wherever located, does not exceed
One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000,00).
7. More than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of Richard Lee Walton.
8. No application for appointment of a personal representative for the Estate of
Richard Lee Walton is pending or has been granted by any jurisdiction..
