QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Andrew J. Ortenzio and
Christine A Ortenzio, husband and wife, Grantors, of Smoot, Lincoln County WY, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to Johnson Willow Creek Ranch, LLC, Reynold Johnson Operating
Manager, whose address is 536 Bittercreek Rd Smoot, WY 83126, the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
