. THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is betweê~ ROBERT E. AULLMAN al1dLAURA
AULLMAN a/kJa LAURA L. AULLMAN, husband and wife, GRANTORS, and DALE
DAVID AULLMAN JR and FAYELLEN M. AULLMAN a/k/a FAYE E. AULLMAN,
husband and wife, GRANTEES.
WHEREAS, Grantors and Grantees have adjoining properties in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described, respectively, as follows: .
Property owned by Grantors Robert E. Aullman and Laura Aullman a/k/a Laura L.
Aullman, is the property described as the South East Quarter of Section 25, T 34 N, R
I 19W, 6th P.M., Wyoming.
Property owned by Grantees Dale David AullmanJr. and FayellenM.Aullman,alk/a
Faye E. Aullman, is the property described as the East ~, East ~, NW ~ of section 25, T
34 N, Rl19W,6th P.M., Wyoming.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties, for themselves, and their heirs, successors,..and
assigns, agree as follows:

EASMENT CREATED. Grantors hereby grant to Grantees a 60 foot unobstructed,
nonexclusive easement for ingress, egress, and for road maintenance and repair, from
County Road 186 across a portion of the properties owned by Grantors, and in favor of
the property owned by the Grantees, reserving unto their properties' the same
unobstructed, nonexclusive, rights for ingress and egress. A gate shall be available for
Grantors use when Grantors are herding livestock on Gr(lIltors properties and wish to
" impede temporarily ingress and egress within the Easeml;':ntarea· for the purpose of
herding livestock.

Description: 60 foot wide Easement
Beginnitig at a point 30 feet South of the North West corner of the South East quarter of
section 25, T 34 N, Rl19, 6th P.M., Wyoming, to be the center line of the 60 foot
easement, I1l1111ing East to a point 336.41 feet to center of Briarwood Ln. easement. Then
70 feet South to County Road 186 to follow Briarwood Ln. Reserving the right to use
existing 30 foot easement that is described in the Quitclaim Deed thatwas recorded in the
land recòrds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 12, 1993, in Book 332 PR on Pages 26
and 27 as instrument No. 767818.
