WARRANTY DEED
P & R LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Wyoming, and having its principal place of business in Rock Springs, Wyoming the GRANTOR, and
Earl J. Danvay, Trustee of the Earl J. Danvay Family Trust dated January 30, 2001, grantee(s),
whose address is: 350 Patchett Road, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
WITNESSETH: that the grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain,
sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece and parcel of land situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, and described as follows to wit:
That part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter and that part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
35, of Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln county in Book 381 PR on page 72, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 424PR on page 417 on the east line of said
Section 35, North 00°21 '3D" East, 264 feet from the southeast comer of said Section 35;
thence North 00°21 '30" East, 1055.90 feet, along said east line, to the northeast comer of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 35;
thence continuing North 00°21 '30" East, 8.89 feet, along said east line, to the southeast point of Sunset Subdivision, of
record in said Office on Plat No. 188-C;
thence North 89°57'54" West, 666.36 feet, along the south line of said Subdivision, to the southwest point of said
Subdivision;
thence North 00°18'43" West, 1309.21 feet, along the west line of said Subdivision, to the northwest point of said

~) ¿/ thence North 88°57'27" West, 640.45 feet, to the southeast point of Lot 2 of the Bovinian Estates of record in said Office on
Plat No.6-A, identical with the northeast point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 478PR on page 655;
thence South 00°35'28" West, 678.66 feet, along the east line of said tract, to a point; "
thence South 00°15'08" West, 1129.30 feet, along said east line to a point;
thence South 00°20' 16" West, 845.82 feet, along said east line to the southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter;
thence North 89°50'23" East, 1157.49 feet, along the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, to the
southwest point of said tract in Book 424;
thence North 00°21 '3D" East, 264.00 feet, along the west line of said tract, to the northwest point of said tract;
thence North 89°50'23" East, 165.00 feet, along the north line of said tract to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-
way of record, in sight, or in use.
