to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,

This Deed is an absolute conveyance of any interest the grantor may have or hereafter acquire
in the land by virtue of and in full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Agreement for
Sale of Real Estate executed by Walter T. Vetos as Seller and Susan Pedrini as Buyer, dated
October 11, 2004 and recorded in Book 570, Page 425, of the Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
