AMENDED DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION PURSUANT
TO WYOMING STATUTES SECTION 2-1-205 (Lexis 2005)
THIS MATTER came before the Court this 15th day of June, 2006 on the Application
of WAYNE J. CARLISLE, ALEC D. CARLISLE and JON S. CARLISLE for a Decree of
Distribution Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes, Section 2-1-205 (Lexis 2005);
And said Application for Decree Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes Section 2-1-205
(Lexis 2005) coming on this day regularly to be heard, proof having been m~de to the
satisfaction of the Court that notice of the application has been given in the mariner and for
the time required by law; and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds:
1. That the Application filed herein was prepared pursuant to Wyoming Statutes
Section 2-1-205 (Lexis 2005).
2. That CHARLOTTE M. CARLISLE died testate on February 15, 2005, in
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and that said decedent at the time of her death left
estate consisting of an interest in real property, hereinafter described, located in Lincoln
County, in the State of Wyoming.
3. That CHARLOTTE M. CARLISLE, deceased, was not married at the time of
her death and left surviving her the following who would have under probate proceedings of
the State of Wyoming, the right to succeed to the interest in such property of said
CHARLOTTE M. CARLISLE:

4. That the asset of said estate of CHARLOTTE M. CARLISLE located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, consists ofthe aforesaid ownership interests in the real property
described as follows:
Lots Numbered Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10),
in Block Numbered Thirty-One (31) in the Town ofDiamondville, Wyoming.
having a value of: $76,000.00
5. That the legal description in the Application and the Report of Appraisal filed
herein erroneously omitted Lots 7,8,9, and 10 as described above, but the appraised value
submitted with the Report of Appraisal was intended to include and did include such lots;

and that an Amended Report of Appraisal listing all lots, has been filed herein, and this
Amended Decree is entered herein for the purpose of correcting the legal description in the
original Decree filed herein.
6. That the value of the entire estate, wherever located, less liens and
encumbrances, does not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars
($150,000.00), and a Report of Appraisal is filed herein with respect to the real property
contained in the above-entitled estate.
7. That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent.
8. That no application for appointment of a Personal Representative is pending or
has been granted in any jurisdiction.
9. That the above-named distributee is entitled to payment or delivery of the
property of said decedent, and there are no other distributees ofthe decedent having a right to
succeed to the property under probate proceedings.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Wayne 1. Carlisle,
Alec D. Carlisle and Jon S. Carlisle, Trustees of the Charlotte M. Carlisle Living Trust Dated
May 18, 2000 be and they are hereby, determined to be the beneficiaries of the estate of
CHARLOTTE M. CARLISLE, deceased, and that all of decedents' right, title and interest in
and to the following described real property:
Lots Numbered Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10),
in Block Numbered Thirty-One (31) in the Town ofDiamondville, Wyoming..
be, and it is hereby, set over to the following:
