KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ELLING L. WRIGHT, of Thayne,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor(s), Trustee of the Wright Family Trust, dated May 15,1987,
for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ELLING L. WRIGHT
and LOU JEAN WRIGHT, Trustees, or the successors in trust, under the WRIGHT FAMILY
TRUST, dated July 2, 1987, Grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot Ninety-six (96) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Nine (9) as platted and recorded in the
Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. '
Subject to any easements and restrictions of record.
